CHESTERTON CHIPS
Postmaster J. B. Woods, of Hammond, died on the 31st ult., and Congressman Crumpacker has selected his successor. Some years ago Mr. Woods edited the Hammond Leader, which was published in the interests of Democracy, but he joined the republican party, and made a number of political speeches throughout the county of Lake.
