Deep River Items.
We are sorry to chronicle the death on the 11th inst., of tuberculosis of the lungs, of Frankie, infant son of George and Jane Wood. Funeral service was conducted by the Rev. Lichfield, of Hobart. Mrs. R. C. Wadge, Hobart's popular organist, played the organ, assisted in singing by Mrs. W. H. Rifenburg, Miss Jennie Hunter, Mr. R. C. Wadge and Mr. Debenshire. A large number of friends and neighbors were in attendance to console the bereaved parents.
