LOCAL.
At 3 o'clock last Thursday morning when the early train passed Hebron westward some one saw a dead and mangled man upon his back between the railroad track and platform, and upon inquiring the deceased appeared to be a stranger, and to have been killed by the midnight eastward train three hours before. The coroner was notified and held an inquest which resulted in such verdict. More particulars are given in the coroner's report in this week's paper.
