HEIR BECOMES IMPATIENT TO RECEIVE MONEY
(From Tuesday's Daily)

Jacob Thoesen, of Chesterton, who was willed $500 there years ago by his aunt, Mrs. Veronika Thoesen, has become impatient to receive it, and has therefore brought suit against Michael Thoesen, administrator of the estate, seeking a sale of the property. Charles Jensen filed the complaint here today in the circuit court. Thoesen alleges that the defendant has not abided by the terms of the will, inasmuch as he has made no effort to obtain the money for him.

By the terms of the same will several others prospered. Among them was Andrew Erickson, Mrs. Thoesen's farm hand, who was bequeathed $500 for his faithful services. St. Patrick's church at Chesterton, received $1,000, and its pastor $500.
