The funeral of Mrs. Henry Smith was held yesterday afternoon at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Mann, on Elm street, where many friends and relatives of the deceased gathered for the sad occasion. Rev. John W. Newsom, of the Baptist church, officiated. Matt. Brown, William Ritz, A. A. Jones, G. E. Bornholt, Charles Bornholt and Henry Peters were the pallbearers, who laid the body to rest in Maplewood.
