Henry Sebasty

PORTER POINTERS.
Henry Sebasty, night operator for the Michigan Central at Porter died at his home in Dayton, Mich., Saturday morning, March 17, of inflammation of the bowels. He was taken sick here, and went home Monday, the 12th inst. Deceased was 26 years and 1 month old, and was born in Michigan City in 1868. The funeral was held Monday at 2 o'clock. He was a member of the a member of the Maccabees and belonged to Galien tent, and was buried with Maccabee and Odd Fellow honors. Eight friends from Porter attended the funeral. He carried an insurance policy of $1000 in the Maccabees. Mr. Sebasty was a young man well liked here, and was engaged to be married in June to one of our most estimable young ladies.
