LAPORTE COUNTY BOY KILLED ALMOST INSTANTLY
Laporte, Ind., Jan. 19. -- Paul Schultz, the 17 year old son of John Schultz, living near Hudson Lake, Laporte county, was killed almost instantly yesterday while hunting on his father's farm. He set traps and was examining them when he stepped in one and fell, his gun being discharged. The shot entered his side. His brother was near, and heard his calls for help, but Paul died in a few minutes.
