Mrs. Pollett was taken with cholera morbus last Wednesday night and sent for Dr. Arnold Thursday morning. He gave her some medicine and thought he would not have to call again, but about 11 o'clock she went to sleep and after an hour or so seemed to breath heavily. Those in attendance tried to awaken her, but could not. She continued unconscious until Friday noon when she died. Her husband, Mr. James Pollett, died about three months ago.
