Lottie E. Plummer

THE COUNTY.
QUINN'S CORNERS.

LINES TO THE MEMORY OF MISS LOTTIE E. PLUMMER.
BY H. E. OLINGE.

Thou has passed away dear Lottie,
And thy form we'll see no more,
Thou with angel feet are treading
On that bright and shining shore.

We do miss thee, yes we miss thee
Since thy spirit took its flight,
But we trust that thou art happy
In that land so pure and bright.

Sad it seems O dearest sister
To see one so young and pure,
Called and taken from among us,
But our grief we must endure.

Jesus called our dearest sister,
Called her to that better land,
Where no pain, no sin, nor sorrow
Mingle with the angel band.
