NEWS NOTES FROM PORTER X ROADS
We are sad to report the death of little Herbert Leland, the four month old babe of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Phillips. The funeral was held at Leroy Wednesday afternoon, Rev. Mr. Carter, pastor of the Methodist church of that place, officiating. The little one was buried in the Phillips family lot at the Salem cemetery. Sincerest sympathy is extended to the bereaved parents by all their friends.
