Hannah Caroline Sophia Myers

OBITUARY.
Hannah Caroline Sophia, wife of William Myers, was born in Ledford, Hanover Kingdom, July 6, 1828. Was married to William Myers, her now bereaved husband; in 1851, and emigrated to this country the same year, settling in the city of New York. Her she embraced religion and connected herself with the Methodist Episcopal church. After a residence there of four years they moved west and settled in the vicinity of Fort Wayne, where they remained eleven years, and then came and settled on the farm in this vicinity where she departed this life August 17, 1882. Mrs. Myers was an industrious Christian lady and formed many pleasant acquaitances. She leaves a husband and one son and his family, one son having deceased some years since. The husband takes this method to return his thanks to neighbors for their kindness in this time of affliction, and especially to Mrs. E. L. Whitcomb for her aid and attention at the funeral.
