Was married to William Myers, her now bereaved husband; in 1851, and emigrated to this country the same year, settling in the city of New York. After a residence there of four years they moved west and settled in the vicinity of Fort Wayne, where they remained eleven years, and then came and settled on the farm in this vicinity where she departed this life August 17, 1882. Mrs. Myers was an industrious Christian lady and formed many pleasant acquaitances. She leaves a husband and one son and his family, one son having deceased some years since.
