Eddie Mikels
Eddie Mikels, son of Rev. R. W. Mikels late presiding elder of the Valparaiso District, was drowned in Sugar Creek, near Crawfordsville, on Saturday, June 14. The boy attempted to swim across, but became exhausted and met his sad fate. He has many acquaintances here who will be sorry to learn of his death. His age was 14 years.
