Dennis McCarty
Dennis McCarty died Monday night of Bright's disease, at his residence in this city, after several days' illness. His had become a familiar face to the people of Valparaiso and vicinity, and his genial contenance will be missed by those who frequent the Napoleon street crossing of the Fort Wayne road, where for years he has been the faithful and efficient watchman. The position held by Mr. McCarty has been given to his little son by Mr. Simons, the road master. We hope the boy may prove as faithful as his father.
