OBITUARIES.
MASSEY.
Joseph T. Massey was born in London county, Virginia, June 23d, 1818. He came to this county in 1835, was married to Esther Johnson Nov. 10th, 1845, and resided in Jackson township until April 28th, 1874, when he moved to this city where he resided until the 5th inst., when he departed this life respected by his large circle of friends. His funeral took place from the family residence on the 6th inst., services being conducted by Rev. G. M. Boyd. The deceased leaves a widow and four children, Jairtola, Phineas, Danosey and Melvina to mourn his departure for the other world.
