Mrs. James Lyons

DIED.

LYONS -- At her residence, on the farm formerly owned by Wm. C. Pennock, near the County Asylum, on Friday last, Mrs. ----- Lyons, wife of Mr. James Lyons.

Mrs. Lyons was subject to fits, and after taking a dose of medicine she slept 48 hours, and then died asleep. A great number of relatives and friends from about home and from Rolling Prairie, in Laporte county, attended her funeral here last Sunday, there being about forty carriages in the procession.
