About the death of Miss Jones last week, and her final acknowledgement that she had taken poison, we are now informed that her admission that she had taken something was not in answer to a question of taking poison, but whether she had taken anything to relieve her of her sudden dreadful illness, which she answered in affirmative. It is said her relatives had only momentary apprehension of her being poisoned, which at once gave way to the belief that eating freely of chestnuts caused sudden fatal illness.
