Frank Isby

Killed in Missouri.
Frank Isby, a generally known Portage township boy, was killed last Saturday evening near DeSoto, Missouri. He was a brakeman on the Iron Mountain Railroad, and was accidently killed while he was at his work. The detailed particulars of the accident were not given in the dispatch received from DeSoto.

Frank was born and reared at Willow Creek in that township. Six years ago he went west, and has been working there since. He was 30 years old, and leaved four brothers and two sisters.

The remains were brought home on Wednesday, and the remains interred in the Blake cemetery in Portage.
