Charles Hullinger

Valparaiso.
Charles Hullinger, for the past year employed as clerk in Kern's Chicago Store committed suicide Monday afternoon at his home on Lafayette street, shooting himself in the right temple. He made preparations for the act by writing a note asking that the K. of P.'s be in charge of his funeral. No cause is assigned other than that he was subject to fits of despondency, this being the second attempt at suicide. The funeral services were held Thursday and the remains interred at Salem cemetery.
