Charles Hulce

DIED.
Charles Hulce beloved son of Warren and Sarah Hulce, died at their residence in Porter, June 27 at 10 o'clock p. m. Age 16 years, 6 months and 10 days.

Dear brother Charles is gone; his body coffined, and his spirit fled to where pain and sorrow are no more. Oh! Precious brother dear, too short has been your stay. You bloomed but for so short a time, then fled to happier day. And 'though our hearts are heavy, there comes a gleam of light, when we remember thy faith was firmly fixed in the power of God's might. So dear parents live by faith, trust all in Jesus, love and remember that his last wishes were to meet us all above. And so the Lord who gaveth, he also took away, but let us strive to meet him in that grand eternal day. Where sin, pain and sorrow will trouble us no more but we'll sing with Christ forever and meet to part no more.

Mrs. M. L. Hulce.
