Elizabeth Hughart

Died, on the 18th inst., at the residence of her grand-daughter, Mrs. Frank Jones, two miles north of Valparaiso, Mrs. Elizabeth Hughart in the 80th year of her age. Elizabeth Zane was born in Muskingham Co., Ohio, April 14th, 1805. Removed to Indiana in 1835, and was married to William Hughart in 1836, by whom she had six children, two of whom are still living. The funeral services were conducted at the Hughart school-house by Elder E. S. Riley on the 19th inst., in the presence of a large congregation of relatives and friends, after which the remains were buried in the Kimball cemetery.
