Charles Hill

AT HOME AND ABROAD.
DIED -- On April 3rd, 1887, near Furnessville, of Consumption, Charles Hill, aged 47 years. The funeral took place April 5th from the Furnessville M. E. Church, Rev. West, of Chesterton, officiating. The remains were buried in the Furnessville cemetery. Deceased had lately returned from California, where he had been a short time for his health. Last fall he was pardoned from the Sing Sing States Prison where he had been serving a life sentence. On account of good behavior and failing health he was pardoned by the Governor.
