Wm. Harbrecht died at his home in Chesterton on Sunday afternoon, Nov. 29, at 5 o'clock, after a lingering illness from consumption. He was taken ill about a year ago, and this summer went to Santa Fe, New Mexico, in the hopes of regaining his health, but while there grew no better, and his physician warned him to return if he would wish to die at home. The funeral will be held next Sunday at 10 o'clock, it being delayed for a brother of the deceased, Lewis Harbrecht, who is now on his way from Santa Fe, and who will reach here Saturday. The deceased was a man 36 years old, and leaves a family of a wife and four children. He was engaged in the saloon business with August Shultz for the past two years.
