JULIUS GUTERJAHN DIED TODAY AFTER LONG ILLNESS
(From Thursday's Daily)

After a long period of suffering, Julius Guterjahn, one of the best known farmers in this vicinity, died today at 11 o'clock at his home five miles west of this city, of a complication of diseases. Mrs. Guterjahn survives, besides one daughter -- the only child -- Mrs. W. H. Gast. Mrs. Mitzner, of 809 Beach street, is a sister of the deceased, and three brothers, William, Michael and Martin, reside in Kansas. Martin King, of Hanna, is a half-brother of the others. Before the removal to the farm which he occupied at death, Mr. Guterjahn resided at Westville. Since his arrival here he surrounded himself with many close friends.
