Jenny J. Gilliland

Whereas, The Supreme Oracle over all, has seen fit to remove from our midst our loving neighbor and friends Mrs. Gilliland; and

Whereas, Her faithful service and kindly disposition in the successful performance of the many duties that she willingly and cheerfully accepted as a member of our camp; and

Whereas, Her absence brings sadness to all who knew her and an irreparable loss to College City Camp No. 3122, Royal Neighbors of American; therefore be it

Resolved, That we, in meeting assembled, pause to do honor to our departed neighbor and assure her children in this, their time of sorrow, that their loss is our loss and that we join with them in mourning and rememberance of their loyal, loving mother, and that we extend to them our most sincere sympathy; and be it furthur

Resolved, That these resolutions be recorded in our minutes and that a copy be sent to the family and to each of the Valparaiso papers.

Signed -- Esther R. Tilton, Lizzie Smith, Augusta B. Dowdell.
