Geison
CHESTERTON CHIPS.
Mr. John Geison, a farmer living about two miles north of Westville met with a very sad misfortune Tuesday morning. About 10 o'clock smoke and flames were seen coming from the barn and it was soon discovered to be on fire. At the time of the fire his little child, only two years old, was in the barn and consumed by the flames. The child had been left in the buggy and before the fire was discovered it was too much under headway to rescue the child. The barn and everything in it was consumed by the angry flames.
