Notice of Executor's Final Settlement.
State of Indiana, County of Porter, ss:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That the undersigned, Executor of the last will of Ananias Freeman, deceased has filed in the office of the Clerk of Porter Circuit Court, his account for final settlement as such executor and that the same is set for hearing and final determination by said court on the 5th Thursday of the current term of said court, the same being the 24th day of January, 1884. The heirs and legatees of the decendent and all others interested, are required to appear in said court at the time aforesaid and show cause why said account should not be approved and also make proof of heirship or claim to any part of said estate.
