LOCAL.
Mr. Clinton Frasier, an old citizen of this place who emigrated one or two years ago to Minnesota, has been recetnly reported here as at the point of death, and now is said to have died last Friday night. We hear that he expressed a strong desire to be brought here and buried by his wife and others of his family.
