George Doman
NEAR Hobart recently Geo. Doman was engaged in bricking up a well not far off from the railway and a freight train passing jarred the ground and caused the earth above him to cave in and bury him no less than 8 feet deep, where he remained 3 hours before he could be rescued. He was suffocated, and the Journal says all efforts to restore him failed.
