Daniel Daily
LOCAL.
Mr. Daniel Daily died last Monday evening at his residence some 10 miles nearly north of Valparaiso, at a good old age. His wife died several months ago, and he has ever since been grieving and declining, till at length he has been laid beside her in the welcome grave. He left six sons and one daughter to mourn their loss, and share the sympathies of friends and neighbors. Mr. Daily's funeral was at the Catholic Church on yesterday, and one of the largest processions ever witnessed in this city followed the hearse to the new Catholic cemetery.
