Alvin Cornell

Hebron Items.
Died, at his residence four miles east of Hebron, of Lung fever, on the 14th inst., Mr. Alvin Cornell. He was a man who was highly esteemed by all who knew him. He was in every sense of the word a gentleman. He was among the early settlers of Boone township, and shared the privations of a frontier life. He was kind and hospitable in all his relations in life, and his loss will be felt in the community and in the Christian church, of which he was a member. He had been suffering from rheumatism for several years past, but has been able lately to look after his business and was in Hebron only a few days before his death.
