Mary Cook

OBITUARY.
Mrs. Mary Bills died on Friday, the 24th inst., and her funeral took place from the Baptist church last Sabbath afternoon. She was born in Washington county, N. Y., Nov. 24th, 1832. In the year 1848 she came with her father, Samuel H. Cook, and family to Porter county. She was married to George W. Bills in Laporte city, Ind., 1861. In 1874 they moved to Valparaiso, where they have lived ever since. She leaves three children, a husband, mother and many near friends to mourn her loss. Her funeral sermon was preached by E. S. Riley in the Baptist church Sabbath afternoon at 2 o'clock.
