COUNTY SEAT NEWS.
Mrs. Mary Emery Brown widow of the late Rev. James Caldwell Brown one of the first presbyterian ministers in northern Indiana and founder of the Presbyterian churches in this city, Kouts and Hebron, died at her home in this city last Thursday morning, aged 80 years. The funeral ceremonies were held at the first Presbyterian church Saturday afternoon, Rev. J. B. Fleming officiating.
