ADMINISTRATOR'S DALE.-- Notice is hereby given that the undersigned administrator of the estate of Anna S. Brown, deceased, will sell at puublic auction at the north-west corner of the court house square, on Saturday the 5th day of September, 1885, between the hours of 10 o'clock a. m. and 4 o'clock p. m. of said day, the personal property of said decedent consisting of 1 Cooking Range, 1 Parlor Coal Stove, 3 Feather Beds, 8 Pillows, 2 Yd. Rag Carpet, 2 Sewing Machines, 1 Extension Table, 2 Center Tables, 1 Lounge, 1 Bureau, 11 Bed Quilts, 8 Comforters, Sheets, Pillow Cases, Crockery, Knives and Forks, Towels, Napkins, Table Clothes, 30 Cans Fruit, Lot Groceries, Household Goods too numberous to mention.
TERMS OF SALE.
On all sums under $5, cash; on all sums of $5 and over a credit of 6 months will be given, the purchaser giving his note with approved security waving valuation laws, with interest at 6 per cent after maturity.
