Joe Brooks

HEBRON LOCALS.
Joe Broooks, one of the oldest veterans of the civil war included in the membership of Hebron post, answered the last roll call early Sunday morning, when he died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. F. S. Paramore, in Rochester, Ind., aged 84 years and 8 months. He has been in declining health for some time. He leaves three children, all grown, as follows: Mrs. F. S. Paramore, of Rochester; Mrs. Dora Uhlman, of Bingham, Pa., and John Brooks, of Hebron. The funeral services were held at the home of B. F. Nichols here at 10:30 p. m. Tuesday, conducted by Rev. J. C. Martin, of the Methodist church.
