Fredericka Brahs

McCool.
Mrs. Fredericka Brahs, wife of Lewis Brahs, died May 6, 1898, aged 55 years and 10 months. She was well known and respected in the community in which she lived, having come to this place from Germany about thirty years ago. Besides a husband she leaves behind six children to mourn her departure. The funeral services were conducted at the house at eleven o'clock Monday morning by the German Lutheran minister from Hobart, and the remains were interred in the Robbins cemetery by the side of a daughter who preceeded her to the better world. The grief stricken family have the heartfelt sympathy of their many friends. The large concourse of people who followed the remains to their last resting place testified to the esteem in which she was held.
