Delilah S. Booth

THE COUNTY.
WHEELER.
Died -- Mrs. Delilah S. Booth, at her sister's residence near Blachley's Corners, after a long and painful illness. She was a lover of the Bible and a good christian.

Ah, weary weeks! Methinks as well
Ye might be years -- for this I know,
That time will deepen, not dispel
The clouds that now are hanging low,
Above some hearts made sad and gray,
'Reft of the sweet light passed away.

I. R. S.
