William Bingham

Report of Coroner's Inquest.
State of Indiana, Porter County, ss:

BE IT REMEMBERED, THAT ON THE eighteenth day of August, 1881, information was given to me that the dead body of a man lay in Centre township, in said state and county, supposed to have come to his death by violence or casualty, and to ascertain so far as possible the cause and circumstances of said death, witnesses were called and sworn, and their material evidence reduced to writing, signed by myself, and filed in the Clerk's office of said county.

Whereupon, I find decedent's name was William Bingham, that he was 77 years old, of light complexion, 5 feet 10 inches high, dressed plainly. That he came to his death from causes unknown, and that his person was committed to the charge of his guardian for burial.
A. P. LETHERMAN,
Coroner of Porter County.
