Parmelia Biggart

VALPARAISO, Ind., Jan. 30. -- Mrs. Parmelia Biggart, of Pleasant township, dropped dead Friday morning aged 74 years. She built a fire around the pump to thaw it out, when the flames spread so rapidly that she thought the house would catch fire and ran to the house to get water to put it out. As she reached the porch she fell, dying instantly of heart disease. She was the mother of Robert E. Biggart.
