Mrs. I. Z. Beam
LOCAL.
Mrs. I. Z. Beam, wife of the sexton of the Presbyterian church, of this place, left here about three weeks ago to visit relatives in New York. Her husband had a letter from her but a few days since to the effect that she was well and thriving, but the next news was by telegraph last Monday, that she was already dead. As she was among her friends, and where her friends were buried, he directed that her burial should be there, and so her funeral was held there on the following day.
