Edith Aylesworth

Died, on the 30th day of Sugust, 1882, Edith, infant daughter of Clinton and Alice E. Aylesworth, of cholera infantum, aged 8 months and 21 days. They have the sympathy of the community in this their bereavement of their only child.

Fold the little hands so wax like
O'er the life quenched baby's breast,
Weep, but while you weep remember
Nothing can mar thy darling's rest.
Sweetly sleeps she on Christ's bosom,
From all pain and sorrow free,
For the blessed savior Savior said
Suffer such to come to me.
