John Forbes
Shot Himself.
We have received from Wm. Bissell, Phillipsburg, Kansas, a copy of the Atchison Daily Champion of March 25, containing the following telegram:
WASHINGTON, KS., March 24. -- John Forbes, supposed to be from Stockton, Ks., was found dead in the road near here this morning, having suicided by shooting himself. He is supposed to have relatives in Valparaiso, Ind., and Wall Lake, Ia. His actions previous to his death indicated insanity.
