Resolutions of Condolence.

The committee to whom was assigned the duty of preparing resolutions of condolence occasioned by the death of Simon Drago, a member of the Hook and Ladder Company, No. 1, beg leave to report the following:

WHEREAS, The ties which have so long bound us in mutual friendship and enjoyment are severed, no more to be united; therefore

Resolved, That in the administration of Divine Providence, this company has lost a faithful member, his wife a kind husband, and his children a kind and intelligent father.

Resolved, That in him we have ever found a faithful member of our company, and we will ever cherish in our memory the highest regard and esteem for his many virtues.

Resolved, That we tender to the family our assurances of our deep and heartfelt sympathy, and that a copy of these resolutions be presented to the family of the deceased, and also to the county papers for publication.
