Remark: This school was located very near Flint Lake, thus its name. It was constructed in 1895 and was located just east of Old Indiana State Road 49. The school was in continuous use from 1895 till its closure in 1983. The building was later razed and a modern elementary school structure was constructed upon the site in 1993.
