Remark: This business was located in Chesterton, contrary to the sign above the garage door indicating Porter. The bulk oil plant was located at 19th Street and Morgan Avenue. The business was owned by Everett (Bud) L. Tidaback and operated from the early 1950s until Bud's retirement around 1975. The business operation then transferred to Rick Pinkerton.
